One of those charities is an organization called the Miracle League of Arizona. The Miracle League has chapters all across the United States, and its mission is to help children, teens, and adults with special needs and disabilities live their dream of playing baseball.

Unfortunately, people with disabilities often find that they cannot join regular baseball leagues or must deal with a number of challenges that could cause them significant grief. They may face judgement or even mockery, which is something nobody should have to deal with when they want to play ball.

The Miracle League of Arizona sets up a healthy and safe environment where all people can play regardless of any disabilities or special needs. The organization relies on significant help from local community members to not only organize the games, but to provide ongoing support and friendship to the athletes.
